Put 60 miles on mine yesterday, but the days are numbered! We're heading out of state for Bite The Bird Day (in the F150) and by the time we get back it will probably be time for oil change and hibernation (for the car, not me )
If we figure April 1 as a target date for getting it out, that's......only 132 days to go!
man, I love that color. I have a polo green lt4 which I have grown to love but the admiral blue was my first choice. Mine just went into the garage because I crashed it, hopefully minor, but I like driving it all year when the weather is right

thanks elrick, believe it or not the polo was MY first choice, just couldn't find one that easy, polo people tend to keep their cars, and the ones i looked at "blah". how minor?

Well, you about got it right. It the the day we cook turkey, put it on the table, all gather around - and Bite The Bird! Of course in some places they go for ham instead so I guess it's also Hungry For Ham Day?
We've had years it snows from the beginning of November on, and on the other hand about 4-5 years ago we didn't get anything till after New Years. I'll keep it rolling as long as I'm able. Maybe "global warming" will add a few weeks to Corvette season!
hey mazda, we've been fortunate also, just threatening skies so far, we'll get the snow first here in michigan and head your way into ohio.
Frank
Frank, i'm not looking forward to the snow my friend. this winter, i fear will be pretty nasty and i'll be back in the F-150 (which is rustier than the titanic) sluggling through the snow.
Great looking C4! The weekend wasn't bad over here in Texas. It will be geting colder soon. I'll just park it in the garage, but the good thing is that it heats up occasionally.
Same here. I have seen many vettes out yet and with no snowfall here it's been tempting to get it out and drive. I'll just keep waiting until March or April.
We had to put the window A/C back in the bedroom today!
Was out doing work in the yard and we were sweating our butts off. Not super hot-just super humid.
Lucky we rarely see snow around here. Our blowing white hazard is sand. It drifts in much the same way as snow and can strip the paint rather quickly. Oh, and the acorns are falling like hail.
I suppose if you have to cancel insurance at a certain time or put the car into a facility which has certain time limitations, doing it early makes sense. Mine just sits in the driveway, and it takes little time to put in some peppermint oil cotton *****, steel wool up the tailpipes, plug in the demand charger, and toss on the cover. I'll stretch every day I can, and when I do the above it will be snowing. Only then will I admit defeat!
