Default Headlight gear

I just started my little headlight gear project and I'm a little ticked. I bought the bronze kit that comes with the bushings from Zip. The Dang bushings won't fit!! They're too big in diameter.....has anyone had this issue? I've tried filing them but it is taking a ton of time. You would think for 60 bucks it would fit!!

gently tap them in or if that fails call zip, they had a run of oversized ones from a supplier and are making it right with everyone who got them, this has been documented before. they are good people, communication is a good thing.

There was a problem with the size of the bushings. See this thread:

just remember, the bushings are a press fit. they dont just drop right in. you shouldnt be able to press them in with your fingers. i lined mine up in a vice and gently worked them in.

Thanks for the help guys!! I was assuming it would just slide in. I gave it a little "help" and it works great.
