I took a pic of my Vette next to the Corvette Ave sign in Sebring, FL a few years ago. I will have to search my external hard drive for it.

6 Months later, I finally found it. Taken in Sebring, FL. Knowing Sebring's lengthy Racing History and and the fact that it is located 50 miles from the Ocean, I believe that this street sign refers to the car, not the ship....

Would be interesting to learn when the street was built (and named). If prior to '53, it's the ship. After that....your guess is as good as mine. And I suppose we have to add a few years AFTER '53 to allow time for the car to really become popular.

Neat pic either way!

I am suprised that no one took a pic by the National Corvette Museum. Its address is 350 Corvette Dr, Bowling Green, KY.

Just looked on google earth and there is a Corvette Drive 53 minutes from me in NJ. It is right off Bentley Road and Aston Marton Dr. I'm gonna assume that this is a road named after the car. Maybe I will get a pic there one day.
