Yes and that was acceptable in the 70s. Many people did acid and it was ok to look groovy.

I was thinkind you could spray it thin since its just like a pearl layer and keep the original color and it eould only be noticable at night

I saw how glowing paint is used in interior design, I really liked this idea, so I bought
luminescent paint Noxton which have the best glow strength and painted the walls in the children's room, now when we turn off the light, I don't need to switch on the night lamp. And one more important thing - it is safe for humans (when you have kids you need to think about this at first).

And overflows too.
My daughter use a Glominex paints,this
glows paints to,looks similar to the last picture.
