Well went to re install my targa top.. And stripped out the rear mounting bracket... Ordered another.. But wondering if anyone can explain to me how difficult it is to change out... I know I have to drop the halo trim.. But not sure what awaits after that...
If anyone can share any insight or pictures of the bracket I would really appreciate it...
So basically drop the rear halo trim... And there are two bolts right there??
Would you happen to know if I have to remove the trim completely or will I be able o just loosen the trim and pull it down for access??

The bolts are on either side and allow you to adjust left and right. Be careful removing the HALO covers. They are getting old and brittle and take care when you screw them back in place. Over tightening will crack them for sure-don't ask me how I know!

I feel you.. Seems every time I fix something , something else breaks... Took the top off to prep and paint the inside( decided no headliner)... Everything went great... Paint looks great.. Went to put it on and tighten and the rear bracket stripped out... Two steps forward one back
