85 turn signal problem

85 turn signal problem
hi guys I have replaced the bulbs and still no go the right turn dignal just stays completetly on when right side is on and I think it prob.is the flasher unit. What do you guys think? if so does the 85 have seperate left and rightflasher units and if so where are they located pic or diagrams would be helpful thanks.

My 85 did the same thing on the left. Take the bulb socket out and check the ground wire where it clips into the side of the socket, The metal part crimped onto the end of the wire is U shaped where it makes contact inside the socket. Mine was broken at the center of the U and was no longer providing a ground contact. I hope this is of some help. Malcolm
