I have noticed my SES light comes on on my 87, and it seems as if my car is not getting fuel. It is very sluggish, although it does not stall or quit. It does not seem to idle, or run rough either. My first thought was a fuel filter. I was still able to get it home, at about 25 mph. I ran the codes and it is a 33 I read one of the stickies, and it said code 33 is a MAP. Upon checking, I find that my car does not have a MAP but a MAF. I know I replaced a MAF sensor several years ago. There are two, and I think I know which one I replaced. This would be the obvious place to start, would it not? If I remember, they were only about $12 each. PS: I have been a member of this forum, for 8 years, but have not used it for the past few. I could not remember my username or PW, so I Just re applied. I have noticed that I can drive the car around town with no problem, as long as I keep the RPM down around 1100 - 1200. Once I step on it in a jack rabbit start, the SES light comes on and it begins to cut out.
