One goes to a tee that then connects to the fuel pressure regulator and smpg pump. The other connector goes to a check valve that supplies vacuum to your cruise control and AC/heater vent controls.

Is it stands the fuel regulator ( round black thing with the vac line going nowhere)
that controls your fuel pressure is doing nothing because it has no vac connected
At a min connect that line to one of the vac ports ( and seal the other one )
