Mohammed....have you ever removed the radiator and cleaned off the front of it? C4's are "road vacuums" and pick up every possible piece of debris, and guess where it gets stuck? On my old 84 I found a plastic bag, cigarette butts, feathers, leaves, you name it. Cleaned and reinstalled, car ran 10-15 degrees cooler.
Your temps aren't really bad for where you live. I've seen 235 on Marco as well before it started to come down.

The radiator is clean , bags can't reach there.
Hopefully the temp is normal and I don't have to worry , I have some work on the car and I don't like surprises !! lol
, No my radiator is like new , next to this one. 
actually it's a custom aluminum radiator with many rows.
