Default Code 33

I asked a couple of weeks ago for some help with my code 33 problem. I wish to thank those that responded. My 87 with 137K on the clock cuts out and the SES light comes on. I checked the codes to find it is a code 33 (MAF problem) I visually inspected the MAF and it seems to be alright. No dirt or grime that I could see. I remember replacing one of the MAF sensors several years ago, but I can't remember which one. Here is a peculiar thing, and I hope someone has an idea. I found I can drive the car around town with no problem, as long as I keep the RPM down around 11 or 1200. Once I step on it in a jackrabbit start, the SES light comes on and it begins to cut out. Any suggestions?

Probably a bad MAF power relay. Behind the battery on the firewall. The MAF burnoff relay is also there. On my '86 the relays are different, but I believe they are the same from '87 up. I don't know if the wire colors and such changed. The relays are cheap enough that you can just replace both of them.

You might have wiring/connector problems.
