Why is It ???????
Every time you go into your engine to replace something you always find something else that is leaking/broke and needs replacing. Goes without saying that the part is one that is not stocked and must be ordered.

Why is it that when you are trying to fix one thing you end up breaking something else (that you have to order).

Why is it that half the bolts under the hood are metric and half are standard? ... a little annoying.

Yea, I was wondering that too, I went to Sears to look at a compact tool kit to carry in the car with me, but when you have to have both types, it's not so compact anymoe!

My 700r4 leaked for years at the front pump seal and left a big puddle on the garage floor before I finally got fed up enough to go through the agony of taking it out and replacing it. I put a water heater leak pan under it:
Now the trans is perfect, but I've got a leak from the oil pan...
