Default component install in an 89 convert....

where do you guys have your tweeters mounted? im thinking up in the dash or the bottom front of the door panels.

Low in the door only if you 'image' the tweets at the occupants otherwise I'd say top dash. A-pillar mount would be another option but would take some serious effort to make it look right.

Nice thing about tweeters is they are small. I'd suggest wire them up on a length of wire and temporarily stick them in a few spots and see what position/angle you think sounds the best.

the compponents are the 7 inch kenwoods, tweeters seem to have a decent amount of swivel.

decided im gonna ditch the breadbox and temp mount them up high and see if i like it then try down low next to the driver and see if i like that better. and i may even try up in the stock spots in the dash.
