i just replaced (err... in the process or replacing...) the front speakers in my 89 from the stock bose. anyways when i got the passenger side all put back together and went to put the speaker grill back on, it didnt fit over my new pioneer 3 ways :/
i was wondering if anyone makes (has made) custom grills that fit in the same spot as the OEM bose ones? or would know where to find them?

Take picture, so we can see what you are explaining to us, so we can give you recommendations.
Buy a speaker the stock grille will fit over
or
Make a spacer for the Blose grille
or
Remove the Blose enclosure and use a recessed baffle or use a spacer between the enclosure and the door itself if that will even work clearance wise.
or
Make a custom grille/doorpanel
