i take it 93 octane is not common where you live?? it can be had here at quite a few gas stations. Sunoco used to carry 94 octane up until last year. 93 is the highest i've seen other than the 110 octane that Speedway carries. they even have a special pump away from the other pumps for the stuff.
We got plenty of 93 octane, just not ethanol free stuff.
Found it near a lake, the boaters love it because they get enough water in their fuel without adding an attractant.
Ethanol free is non existent near me otherwise.
No it will increase jack! but it is better gas, unless you like a hydroscopic attractant in yours! O-rings like it better and rubber hoses, EGR too.
Cornahol is not as efficient as pure gas. Most everyone thinks or states they get better fuel mileage with real gas .
It's great being in Australia 91 octane is standard and have 95 and 98 octane
The only downside is how much we get taxed
Standard unleaded is between $1.30 to $1.55 per litre so costs around $95 to fill with the good stuff that costs 13 cents per litre more ....
No ethanol being forced on us yet but some gas stations offer it.
I avoid it like the plaque.
