looking for some quick pointers please.
Need help. Hey guys looking for some quick pointers please.
Going to look at a Black on Grey 1990 c4 Automatic this Saturday.
It has 149,000 miles and the car at least from the pictures looks great. I need some advise on what to look for and any other pointers I may use when I go see the car. Thanks for all your advise.
I will be driving it daily.

Common problems are cracked weatherstripping, worn door window "felts", intake manifold leaks, damaged/plugged/obscured radiator, power brake booster failing, rubber brake hoses deteriorating, fuel pump failure, leaking/inoperative injectors, hardened/cracked valve seals, blown/leaking head gaskets, worn wheel bearings, worn distributor shaft, cracked spark plug wires, inoperative electrical switches, headlight gears/bushing worn, cracked vacuum hoses, digital dash inoperative/dark, dirty throttle body, cracked/worn seats and bolsters, peeling clearcoat/oxidized paint, cracked/broken plastic interior pieces.
The worst problems though are "bubbazation" by previous owners.
