Your temps "Should" read at the high side 225° - 230° and that's running around in town.
On the highway, your temps should drop to the temps where the thermostat starts to close...~185°
Mine stays at 215° in town and drops to 175° on the freeway/highway.
Your Oil should be 235°
My pressure gauge is messed up.....no help from me.

Oil pressure should be 60-75 psi, oil temp ~225 F. Coolant temp on mine ('84 with the original stock thermostat) runs ~195 F highway and 210-225 F in heavy stop and go traffic. The fan turns on at 218 and off at 205 F (runs continuously with the AC on). These are for an average mid 70s to low 80s day.
