curious if you may have nicked a wire to the motor while installing or removing the old seals..parting it.
you need a meter to check continuity at the switch or to the motor...info below is "stolen from another thread":
The motor is the most common cause. It's a CRAPPIE job to put one in, I'd rather do an opti almost.
But you can get at the connector and put voltage into it to confirm if motor is bad. Or if you can tap the motor with an hammer and see if it will release (to confirm). The bearings usually lock up.

my 89 window on the passenger side will not work. It worked before i replaced the upper window seal last weekend. I have power going to the motor and i just hear a small click when i hit the window control. could something be hanging it up? maybe something in the tracks. Help!
