I'm not a huge fan of black rims, but some cars do look pretty good with them.
2 things about them.
1.To me, I always thought they looked like a steel wheel that was missing a hubcap.
2. I can't make out very much detail of the rim, unless I get close to it.
Anybody try using those disc brake dust shields with black wheels, so the spokes stand out?
