Auto shifter **** button insert?

I was wondering if anyone has seen an insert to go on top of an Auto trans shift ****?

When my wife drives the car she has a hard time pushing the button down with long nails because it goes so deep in the shift lever.

I was just thinking if there was a cool Logo or badge on an extention I would buy one. Maybe I can make something cool.

- i was going to say, just get a divorce, but that won't work either - she'll end up with the frickin' car anyway!
