93 stalling running rough

I had a similar issue in my 93 a little while back.
It would run normally for a bit and then it would start running rough. When pushing down on the throttle it would stall and then suddenly decide to accelerate.
This didn't always happen consistently however. Changed the plugs and wires to no avail.
Turned out to be everyone's favorite friend. The good 'ole optispark.
Swapped it out with a vented MSD unit and everything has been good since then.
Unfortunately it's quite a PITA to replace, but it happens. That's probably what's happening to you.
