c4 air cond question

can some one please tell me whats not working or is it a blockage, we get plenty or air on demist but stuff all going down or through the face vents

Do a search on top of page for a/c not blowing thru vents.On my 95 there is a 12 dollar plastic valve under the right side fuel rail cover that may need replacing.I am not familiar with your year car but you also may have that in your car.Do the search and you may luck out.

You probably need a new vacuum check valve. It's located next to the distributor on the driver's side. I paid $3.95 at AutoZone. It looks like this:
