I am not aware of any on the market, but I am sure they are. I have had success and reasonable prices having custom small trim pieces made at local trophy stores.
Check out some Mopar restoration catalogs. They built tons of 383 engines and I'm sure they would have emblems available. I don't know all the years they were made but I owned a '64 Dodge and a '66 Plymouth Satellite that had 383 Magnums with 330 hp. They were pretty good runners.

Re: 383 insignia (snake killer)
You mean LPE 383 insignia? That would be pretty cool if done tastefully. I usually look in the mid america mags for insignia like that but I doubt they're gonna have LPE shiz. Most likely that's something Lingenfelter will have for sale on the site soon. You should mention it in an email to them or somethin. :yesnod:
LPE sent me a big white windshield sticker when the car came back. It's sitting in my closet! :) Hold off on the 383 emblems. You don't want the opposition to see what's comin' :) JMHO
I would think you could find some to put on yourself. Mine were just individual little stickers in black that said Lingefelter 383. I took them off..but they did look cool. They were behind the front wheels...above the gils and belt line.
If you look at the More performance site there is a picture of one of the cars (admiral blue vette) that has the 396 logo on the hood(on the sides of the two "bulges" that run down the center
I like that look .. i am sure you could also get some made cheap in any design/finish you want
