SYS error flashing on display

SYS error flashing on display
Hi everyone,
Need some more ideas of what could be causing that error to flash. Read on here it maybe the ground wire from the battery so I went ahead and took the battery out and cleaned the wire, nut, screw, and contact point and then put the battery back and to my dismay saw that stupid SYS flash every 15 seconds. I am not seeing any loss in power with the motor so it hasnt been a big deal but now I have that CHANGE OIL light on so it's more of an eye sore than just not being able to reset a trip meter or fuel ... Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Weak battery is usually the cause.

Awesome thank you guys. I will try that and follow up. No better place, hands down, than here to get the help needed to make these beautiful rides function as they should. Thanks again.

Not always battery,trust me if you have a drain somewhere it will SYS. I have new battery alternator chrging real good. If car sits for more than 48hrs ill get the SYS but only for 15 mins. It will happen if you start car and it shows a low charge on battery. Its plenty to start car but a little under a full charge.
