Default knocking

i have a 1989 L98 Corvette that now has a knock, I have put all new exhaust and changed fuel injectors I did not here the knock before it sounds as if coming from injectors, I also have a smell of oil at high rpm and oil is coming out of the dipstick. when i first picked up the car there was oil in the top of the throttle body plate where a breather hose is located. any advice would really help.

My 90 did the same thing a few months ago, "blowing oil out of the dipstick!" It was a colapsed PCV hose that was the culpuret.

The knocking I don't know what to tell you!

Fuel injectors tick, but they do not knock. A rod knock is very loud and should not be driven. A rocker arm clacks. Which sound do you have?

Your PCV system is messed up. You should be looking at the valve cover area on the driver's side. There is a PCV valve in the valve cover and a hose from it to the intake manifold between the runners.

That hose on the throttle body is supposed to supply filtered air to the crankcase. Air comes OUT of the throttle body there and goes to the passenger side valve cover. There should be no oil in that area.

Here's a link to a diagram that shows the PCV connections:
