Interior Panels Compatability
So I have a 91 with the gray dash controls and I've been thinking about doing a carbon fiber dash... was thinking carbon fiber would match better with the black controls from 92-93. Any reason I can't swap my 91 controls for 92-93 style? I know the 92-93 headlight switch adds the ASR button but not sure if that effects the headlight harness. Pretty sure the climate control head and the seat controls are identical and would plug right in, a little less sure about the DIC although it looks the same externally.

You could check the FSM electrical and confirm the populated connectors of the components. The connector is either a match by part number or it's not. The connectors are all ID'd in the rear. I don't believe it would be that difficult a task with the two FSM's.
I might have enough FSM to confirm. I'll look.
A quick glance shows the HL switch C1 and C2 to be identical, the DIC both brown & blue to be the same and the C68 panel is identical. I checked '91 to '92. I forgot to check the seat controls. In the AM.
