Subtle Interior Changes
NOT including the obvious ones (Stereo, WheelSkins, or the speakers on the pass side)...

FWIW this is a 1990.. I wanted something slightly different, yet still looks good

The controls are not exactly 92-93..
Yeah that is a bigger change, but the cluster is original..

'94-'96 style door panels.
Passenger side kick panel has vinyl (instead of carpet) and was modified to be removable without removing the whole dash.
'94-'96 style radio surround and shifter console modified to fit a '90 dash and painted gray.
Driver's side vertical carpet below the console is also the '94-'96 style carpet to fit with the console & radio surround. The stock '90-'93 carpet there would have a 2-3 inch-wide black rubber section running just below the shifter console edge on that side.
The red color is also a change, Jeff's car was originally all black inside.
And like has already been mentioned, black *****/buttons instead of the gray (DIC, headlight ****, seat controls, etc.) and the seat controls are also the '94-'96 style.
Did I miss anything?

I don't think the gauge cluster was changed though like was mentioned, the '92-'93 clusters have extra 'tic' marks in the gauges on the right side of the cluster and the RPM gauge 'tic' marks are shorter as well in the '92-'93 clusters. And Jeff's car is a ZR-1, so yes it has a ZR-1 cluster!

I like the mods though, I never thought of modding the later style consoles to fit the early '90's interiors. Looks good, Jeff!

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
The later driver side console mod makes the car a bit more refined but I wanted to keep the wall on the passenger side
