Default 1984 seats

I know how to remove the bottom cushion,but how do you get back portion out,don't want to take the seat out from the floor,just the cushion. Cushion have worn.

Just like the bottom they are simply hooked in. About chest high stick four fingers in between the seat back and the seat cushion. Push in and you will feel a thick wire that runs top to bottom. This wire is hooked in a clip. With your finger tips push the wire towards the middle and flip it forwards.. Now about belly level do the same thing. Move over to the other side and repeat. There are two wires total one several inches in from each side and four clips one pair up and one pair low. Second seat takes about two minutes to do. Once its out you will understand how to put the new back in.
