Hi all I have a 84 Vette with the Cross Fire Injection. I am wondering if their is a way to lean the air to fuel mixture out as the gas fumes are really rich on a cold motor. I can not let it sit in the garage and warm up that is how bad it smells.

Any help would be great!

 

get a new air filter first !! is the engine stock ??

 

It is the stock motor but was rebuilt about 4 years ago and has 55k on it

 

Cold start is always rich until engine warms up I don't know how you can change that. Not to be a "smarty" I wouldn't warm car up in garage. Something would happen and I would forget I left car running inside...You might think about a remote start with car in drive way.
