I looking at pictures I see some cars with a spoiler across the rear of the car, are these a factory option or aftermarket?

If memory serves me correctly this is the only C4 factory spoiler. It came with the GTO (?) option around 1988.

No C4 rolled off the assembly line with a spoiler.
So, not "factory".

RPO Code?? I didn't find one for the spoiler nor GTO

The GTO body kit was a GM dealer sold/and/or installed unit. Not a factory installed option.
