This is just my opinion, block hugger headers are a waste of money, the C4 manifolds look just like shorties so you would be spending money and doing all that work for no gain to speak of. Wait for the long tubes. I don't have smog testing in my area either and I also have zero smog equipment. I can't remember now but I recall a possible check engine light when you remove the smog stuff. You will have to either gut the air pump or get a pump eliminator kit and a shorter belt.
