We decided to leave the C3 stock and not do to much to dress it up, but I enjoy dressing up the engine bay. So I got a 1992 C4, I need some ideas on what to do to dress up the engine bay. Future plan is dual turbo. Anyone care to share a photo of their engine bay? Thank you.

1992 139K, black interior and white, not sure what engine. New to c4 community.

Welcome to the C4 group..... your '92 is the first year for the
300 HP LT1 engine.

There are many LT1 engine bay photos, but not all can be found using the 'search' function. Others may be more helpful.

Go with a color theme. Clean up the engine bay by degreasing it first but do not get the opti spark wet. You might even want to go to a detail shop unless you have plenty of time.
Then pull the intake manifold , paint it the color you want and use an electric sander to sand off the upper ribs and then paint with clear coat.
Here is one I did in Chevrolet blue:

Staying with the color theme you can replace the plug wires with the color of your choice and even purchase silicone radiator hoses in the color of your choice.
Then go with some polished valve covers such as these from Corvette Central along with some of the underhood chrome goodies that they sell.

Here is an idea I saw at a Corvette show. This ZR-1 owner painted the underside of his hood to match his body color:

You can also remove many of the underhood parts and have them powder coated in what ever color you desire.
Be sure to post up pics of the before and after
