Assuming these three tubes are common across all C4 years...
What is the approx. length of the drain tubes in the back of the engine compartment? They are used for draining water from the cowl area.
If I had to guess I would say 12" - 18"? I had water on my drivers side floor, I slowly pushed a wooden dowel through 2 of them ( I didn't know that there was 3) and there was alot of s*** that came out the bottom. I haven't had a problem since.

I didn't recall seeing three mentioned either and I wouldn't guess regarding length. I have read about using the "spiral wound spline" of a loose leaf notebook to clean. I don't know about the thought of replacing, I would think they're likely secured with seam sealer. I'd be inclined to think "low air pressure" maybe for clearing.
Could the third you reference be the evaporator drain?

Don't forget the drain that is in the fuel filler bib. I have heard horror stories about rain water collecting there due to a clogged drain with the water being sucked into the fuel system. Good idea to blow it out with some compressed air every few years.
No problem, I think the one on the bottom of the evaporator is missing on mine, got the hole but that's it.
I'm thinking it's only a hole with no tube based on replies.
I'm in the final stages of putting my Black Rose back together from being visited by rats. They did a number on the tubes so I have nothing to go off of because my Admiral was not available for reference either.
I checked the one by the battery by hand, pulled the cowl vent screens & ran a flexible magnetic pickup through the center one, but couldn't see the one on the passenger side. Pulling the cowl screens and trying to pull the plate was difficult, and even after I was able to lift the plate, I couldn't see a drain hole. Is it accessible from under the car?
My car had a soaked passenger floor carpet pad. The weatherstrips were in rough shape, but I'm concerned the passenger cowl drain is blocked.
I verified on my 94' the passenger drain is below the blower motor housing. There is a hole about 3/4" in diameter. You can't see it unless the fender is off. Picture will be added.
"C5_Shopper" brought up a good point that you can feel it by sticking your hand between fender and cowl, thanks, didn't think about that.

My 95 was clogged up at the passenger side drain cowl... Almost half a cup of dirt came out! How and why dirt, idk. Clearing this fixed my passenger side floor flood every time it rained.
EDIT
I stuck my hand down in there & the tube was in place & empty. I was able to lift the lip of it where it mounts & there was no debris there, so this one is also OK. My leak must have been the weatherstrip.
