Are you looking at a '90 FSM? Or something else?

The Haynes manual electrical schematics are for an '84.

For my '87, I had to make the lock/unlock connections inside the
passenger's door.

This may be helpful:

It should be right next to the light blue wire they will both be pretty thick gauge wires just use a test light when hitting the unlock button.

There's one thicker gauge black wire and the rest are smaller, is that the one? The light blue is the same size as the small black wires.

Finally had a chance to install the keyless, I used the diagram from 12v but can't find the correct wires. There's two blue wires one thicker gauge then other for "Lock" and there's two thicker gauge and 2 smaller black wires for "Unlock" I can't seem to find the correct one. This is all coming from the door loom. Iam looking in the right place?

You need a test light or meter to probe the wires while locking and unlocking the door.

That's the only way to know for sure you have the correct wires.

I just put a remote start / keyless entry into my 93. I had a lot of trouble with the door locks. I think you got the wrong color wires read my post at "the12volt" forum

I tried it with the two wires you used, Blue/white and black/white both thicker gauge wires but I still get nothing. I'm using the Viper 211HV keyless. Can u explain the diagram with the relays in your post? I'm kinda confused and want to make sure I understand, thanks.

That's far too advance for me to understand lol, I simply just want to install a keyless which requires only two wires from the car and I can't even get it to work (

Do you have electric lock switches in the doors?...my 87 did not. Had to run the cross wiring on my own. Also, there is no lock relay in a 90 like there is in an 84.

Yes my car does have electric lock switches, I'm pretty sure I got the wires wrong somehow. I'm taking both lock/unlock wire colors from the door loom, those are then connected to the Viper module, with power and ground hooked up. The Viper module clicks when I push the lock/unlock on remote but door locks do nothing.
