Default My second Corvette

Sold my first Corvette a 89 to a forum member just over 2 years ago. Looked at well over 10 C4 and found the right one when I was ready to buy. She's a 1993, LT1 auto with just 65,000, black interior and Polo Green exterior.

Nice car. I love the green.

You'll have to join up with the Block at Orange cruises so I won't be the only C4 there!

Nice car! Enjoy it... drive it lots

Ironically, my first Corvette was a polo green with the LT1. Loved that car, still miss it sometimes.

Bad enough to make me want another. Other than the late 50 early 60 Corvettes the C4 are my kind of ride.

The 89 was my first Vette and I owed it for 8 years, it had 125K when I purchased it. Over that time did a complete top end rebuild, computer, injectors, head gasket, water pump and radiator. The 89 was a Z51 so the ride was a bit harsh and cockpit noise was loud. Both cars had J55 brakes and the 93 has the FX3 adjustable. The cockpit in the 93 is very quiet and the ride is less harsh. Power is much better on the lT1, but I do miss the 6speed from a fun to drive factor. Looking forward to many happy miles and I hope lower maintenance cost. So far have put about $1,200 in the A/C and a new wiper pivot switch. Will need tires in the next year. So far so good as they say. Something about the C4's has me hooked.
