who was it that had that front lisence plate ram air system? i beleive it was on a zr1 maybe? what kind of horsepower gains did you see from it?
where did you get it from?
I've got it on mine. I bought the car with the kit installed, so I don't have any baseline numbers. However, judging from my last dyno compared to stock LT'4 dyno #'s, it didn't do much. The kit does look pretty cool though.
i imagine it would see a lot better gains when the car is actually moving im sure it really starts to pick up HP then especially with other mods. i really like this system i beleive it looks very good and in my opinion would be the most effective when racing

Does not do much on the dyno....car is not moving.
I think it's a fairly good design. Hot air rises, so it's picking up cooler air as low as it is. What happens if it's raining, though? I think forced induction is more along the lines of superchargers and turbos, most ram air systems don't work like people think. It's not jamming air into the intake, it's more or less just a way for the engine to get cooler air. I know that's the way it is on the WS6 Trans Ams and Formulas and SS Camaros. I can assume it's the same way with the C4 system. Anyone have any thoughts?
