Yes, there really are people THAT STUPID! I saw the results of a failed attempt at changing a flat. A girl took an old bumper jack and after much struggling, managed to jack the rear PLASTIC bumper cover of a Firebird all the way up over the tail light on the driver side!

I worked as a Service Adviser at a dealer. I got a call one day from a young lady. She said she was at the mall and when she came out to her new truck it had a big dent in it. She wanted to know if she could come exchange it for one without a dent. She had the "bumper to bumper" warranty so it should be covered.
