question about cooling system
i have a dual cooling fan system on my car! i have recently moved to florida
(4 days ago)....and thecar runs a lot hotter than in new hampshire. my question is...what temp should the main cooling fan and the aux fan kick on
i saw the aux fan was on but not the main. could this be a relay?
i also purchased the manual fan switch. but i need to make sure the main fan is working properly first! thanks

In the southern parts of the USA you can expect it to run in the 230 range on a regular basis. Best thing to do would be a 160 degree thermostat and a performance chip to get the fans to come on sooner. I have to make a decision on whether to tint my windows or get the 160 thermostat/reprogrammer.
