From all I read its possible the left front bose Amp is shot, when turning on the radio am hearing hissing noise on the drivers side, the sounds are coming out from the other 3 speakers but cant really hear drivers side, guess Im wanting to know and confirm the left amp is shot before I send it in.

I have the same problem plus a blown amp in rear. Decided to change out the radio and speakers. If your interested I'll sell you the right side amp for $40 shipped. That's half the cost of a rebuild. Mine is a 94 coupe with the bose gold system.
Common problem with Bose. Mine is a 94 Bose gold, I had to have both rear amps rebuilt/updated. They hiss or do nothing! A source for rebuild is below. If a newer C4 the amps plug in and it is easy to remove and send just the amp rather than the whole speaker. See the site for easy speaker removal. Mine cost $80 each to upgrade, quick turnaround.

Best way to confirm is to pull both front speakers and switch them.
I do agree first step with a problem like yours is the switch the speaker amp boxes for test and make sure what the problem is. Most of the links and information is for amps making weird sounds and replacing capacitors usually fixes the problems. However with no sound it could be the speaker amp or the CDM and before sending anything in you need to determine what box is bad.
Radio configurations vary greatly across the C4 line of cars. Put your year of car at least in your posts and you will get more help. Without the year there is a lot of guessing going on. If I knew the year, I might recommend a specific part to look at.
This is my link for repairs on the speaker amps I have done last 8 years or so. But if it is the CDM you will probably need to send it in.
Pull the speaker boxes, remove the amps and replace all of the Radial electrolytic caps on the circuit board with like values. Mouser, Digikey, or Allied electronics will have what you need. $5 per amp in caps and an hour of labor will get it done.

Nice. That board is in rough shape. Probably a new board was a smart answer for this one. Not a common problem.
