1992 inside door panel help

1992 inside door panel help
Hello All,
As a lot of others, my door panels do not stay in place.
Is it because the tabs on the inside fiber glass panel are broken?
Is there some kinda of fix for the broken tabs?
Can that inside panel be replaced?
All constructive advice is appreciated.
