another c4 build

I got this car for a parts car when I was building my first vette. Was all there but the trans. I got it home and pulled what I needed off to go on the other car. So now the first one is up and running I started to tear this one down to see what all it needed to bring it back to life. I have found out it has lead a hard life. The wiring was all cut up. Holes in both floors. Drivers door full of bondo. seats shot And many layers of paint, But was a steal for 300 and has a clear title. And the engine was good.

well been sanding all the old paint off 7 layers of it. replaced drivers door with a good one I had.

Looks like a lot of work ahead. But saving a Vette from the scrap yard will give you pride and satisfaction like none other.

Well this one will take some time unlike my other one did. Will be going thru all this one. Got most all the old paint off. now getting body ready for paint. then replace the wiring

its about the same as the first one I did but wasn't burned up like it was

well ordered most the parts to do both doors today Think will hang the clutch and brake pedals tomorrow then can start putting the dash back in.
Now should I update the window tracks or keep the stock ones?

Hate to say it but will be long and slow. Glad I have the other 84 to play with while am doing this one

clutch and brake pedals

ok today pulled the auto brake pedal out and installed the clutch and brake.

now can do some of that stuff you did on yours on this one. Yea am crazy you seen what my first one started out. And am driving it as much as I can.
