Clear coat

Hello All,

I have a 1989 Black corvette convertible and I was wondering if there is clear coat over the paint in that year?

Hello,

Thank you the reason I asked was that I wanted to use a buffer and needed to know that because I was going to use a buffer and did not want to burn paint. Also is the paint enamel or lacquer?

Hello,

Thank you! The reason I asked was that I wanted to use a buffer and needed to know that because I was going to use a buffer and did not want to burn paint. Also is the paint enamel or lacquer?
