Belt smoked a few months ago and never looked at it. Doesnt seem to smoke now. Clutch side is turning real slow compared to the rest. Noticed when I added freon it leaked at the fill when I added a bit of freon(which I did a week before this happened) but the plastic cap seems to keep it from leaking. Ive read conflicting diagnostics. Clutch or compressor? Decided to upload video onto youtube from laptop.
Maybe I need my eyes checked, or perhaps its an illusion, but it appears the belt is on upside down in the video. The grooved side of the belt should contact the pulleys. This is a serious problem, no wonder its all screwed up.

I know some serpentine belts have grooves on both sides. Is that the situation here?
It could be, I cant remember for sure on the early lt1 engines. All I know is the op better be certain its the right belt and its installed properly before he replaces the compressor. Maybe someone with a 92 or 93 lt1 engine will check and verify.
to answer everyone's belt question, it is a double sided belt. Once the OP showed his interior I knew it was a 92 or 93 in question which have the DS belt
OP it could be the compressor or the clutch. you will need to diagnose further to determine it

Well that sucks for the original poster. I was hoping he could put the belt on properly and be done with it. Looks like he's going to be spending money now....
First, the refrigerant leak needs to be fixed. Did you check the HVAC codes?
The compressor is turning way too slow and it's probably a failed clutch. I would suggest taking the car to a reputable shop to have the compressor replaced and have the system checked for leaks. The leak could be something as simple as a bad valve in the one port, but a shop will add some refrigerant dye that will be visible with ultraviolet light.

Yes, it's a 92 with the correct belt. I figured the bearings seized on the compressor and after it cooled down it drags but not sure. I was by a few after telling them what happened that it is the clutch but that really doesn't since to me I guess. Probably end up just taking the belt off actually seeing if the compressor is hard to turn. Should it spin real free or have a decent amount of resistance? Hate to take it to a shop because if it's the compressor I'm probably looking at a grand and I might as well just replace everything it could be myself for that price.
Probably look at that next weekend since I'm replacing brakes, working on the stereo system and repairing a headlight module for a member.
