Default Help please

My 95 Corvette is having some issues. The radio doesn't turn on, the horn doesn't work, and the antenna is stuck in the up position. I checked all the fuses and they are good. Any ideas?

I would look at the ground just in front of the drivers door under the carpet.

If you take the fuse out for the antenna motor wouldn't the antenna go down? or am I wrong thinking this?

it needs power to run the motor. no fuse no power. you can gently push it down.

I can try that too. I wasn't able to get a good look under the carpet for a rusty wire last night. I will try again in daylight this weekend.

How did it happened? Was you hearing radio, when suddenly a radio brake down happened?

I am not really sure what happened. I think it started with the antenna not going down and then the radio stopped working.

I had those problems when I first got my 96 but I don't think they happened at the same time. First the horns. I found that both horns were dirty and corroded and would barely make a sound. This happens a lot with these cars. Went to the local auto store for an aftermarket horn and now they work. Second, my antennae would only go up half way and finally just quit working in the half mast position. Found that I had to replace the ribbon and also replace the antennae because it was bent. However, my radio has always worked. Try these fixes just in case all 3 of your problems are not related.

If you need help to replace mast antenna ask me, is not a difficult work to do, but is hard to understand the right thing to do, especially if antenna is stucked in motor due years of corrosion.

Would anyone here have a picture of that ground point in front of the driver's seat? I need a good grounding point for my alarm and that sounds like it is in the perfect place.

You have to take off the sill plate and move the carpet to see it:

This diagram is pretty bare bones:
