I have a photos of a Yellow/Red ZR-1 1994. it was originally made for a Corporate Exec @ McDonalds from what I understand.

All C4's have power windows. Crank windows were never available on C4.

Rear window defogger became standard equipment in 89.

I've inspected scores of C4's. I've only seen one with the CB radio. That is probably the rarest option on any year if you exclude non-standard color combinations.
I did mean power locks—I'm thinking of a certain red 1986 that I believe you have judged. I'll go back and correct my original post.

I know which / who's car you're referencing.

That "red 86" also had a manual driver seat. And because of that deal, it had a steel spare wheel. I've never heard the engineering or marketing reasoning behind an aluminum / steel spare being associated with power /non-power driver seat.

Cheers.

I haven't seen one this color before and it shows no sign of repaint?

Dave,

That car and its story always make me smile.

Always good to see you, even if it is only on the forum.

1986 Malcolm Konner special edition 50 made and I like the paint job. Simple and classic. Black and silvery beige.

Looks like a 91 turquoise metallic car.

Find a 1990 or 1991 Turquoise metallic convertible with a 6 speed and you have a very rare car. Even the coupes are hard to find in that color with 6 speed. IIRC they made 11 6 speed convertibles in turquoise over both model years.

I believe you to be incorrect on the 1991's anyway, they made 93 Turq. Met. conv.'s with a black int. with a 6 Spd as well as 15 6 Spd's conv.'s with the saddle/tan int.

So, as a serious question, would one of those super-rare cars such as "the only yellow '84" be more valuable, or just more interesting?
