Forget about the fusible links and the jumper block.

You can be chased all over the place in the FSM for this. There's very much to check and many are related and some maybe not. Do some reads in the FSM 8A-82-0 and the following few, see also 8A-117 for some related checks

There's so many to mention it's a much better "read for yourself" in those sections of the FSM. I could ask questions for maybe the rest of the evening and not ask the most relevant even.

8A-117 first I would think and work through the diagnostics.

I wonder how many more times I will have to post that I already checked all fuses.

Will read those tomorrow. Most of those schematics are in Mandarin.

In this particular case I don't think so. It asks that you check a few certain circumstances and then suggests relative checks. There's one section that suggests checking IP pin-out circuitry but it reads to me to be not required for your issues. There's a couple sections that might require a 2d read but I was attempting to interpret some of your comments to the FSM read.

Yep, I sent a PM to David, I cant remember if the gauges only lit with the key on run or either way.

I read the FSM very slowly because I'm no good at the wiring schematics, but I put on my reading glasses, took a deep breath, and took one step at the time. Right away it sent me to a different page , and long story short after I moved things around they are working again.

You never know, I may be driving near your neighborhood some day soon. When? I have no idea I never plan my trips, that's the reason I name each one of them.

...Corona

Now to fix the clutch master. I love fixing The Ghost, it brings me total satisfaction.

We typically have a few Coronas on the cold in the summer months, you would always be welcome in Northern Colorado !
I look forward to getting to know my 95 on a more intimate basis, fortunately I've little to do so far, but I'm only a year into ownership. I've got seat covers on the way, lowering kit to install and outer window sweeps to replace. My kids are finally getting old enough that I can find time to 'escape' to the garage (now I need a garage heater). I know the satisfaction you speak of !!
