Also I found distributor loose snuggled bolt down not too tight.
but I still have oil smoke it's coming up like if standing on passenger
side of car smoke coming up between distributor and valve cover.

Before I found loose distribitor if you pulled out in low tacking it up then coming to a stop

There is a gasket between the base of the distributor and the intake manifold....may be your issue. I would get some degreaser and clean up this area. Then if you have compressed air, blow it dry. Then start the car and try and find the exact area it is coming from. Are you losing a lot of oil? Check the oil pressure sensor and oil temperature sensor. They both screw into a fitting that comes up from the back of the block to the driver's side of the distributor.

It may also be the rear china wall. But if you seeing less oil since you tightened the distributor....lean toward the distributor.

If your distributor was not tight, you need to verify that your ignition timing is correct. Let us know if you would like some tips on doing this procedure!

Valve cover gaskets

If you had oil coming out of the distributer even with that gasket missing you would have larger issues.
