Default Race Ramps

Anyone using the 56 inch, 2 piece Race Ramps. Looking to get some new ramps and looking for opinions on these.

Thanks

not sure the 56" will work, I have the 67" two piece and they just clear the front spoiler. I love them. Best money I spent.

The 56" and 67" ramps have the same exact incline, 10.8 degress. Therefore, the car-to-ramp clearance is the same for both ramps. Think of the extra length being added at the tall end rather than at the beginning of the ramp. The extra length is what gets the car 2" higher.

If you did need more clearance when the ramps are pushed up against the tires, you need to get a ramp with a lower angle. There are several ramp models with a lower incline.

RR-72-2 - 6.8 degrees
RLL-72-14-2 - 7.7 degrees
RLL-80-2 - 6.8 degrees
RR-80-10-2 - 8.5 degrees
RLL-87-2 - 6.8 degrees
RLL-99-2 - 3.5 to 8 degrees progressive incline

I have the 56", 2 piece ramps. I use them on my 95 and have no issues getting the car on them. I love having the ability to remove the ramp section once I get the car up. It gives me ample room to slide in jackstands (extra precaution) and to get under the car from the side. They are really light weight and easy to store. I've never had issues with them sliding when driving up on them. After getting them, I can't imagine trying anything else.

What is it you recommend for the C4 since that is my most difficult vehicle? I had a set of ramps but found that every time I tried to drive on them, they slid away from the car so it gets on it uneven. I bought those from some Autozone or something but after they kept slipping for the C4 and the front bumper skirt kept hitting the ramp, I put them where they belong. At the Salvation Army and me with a tax write off.

The RR-56-2 (56" x 12" x 8") or the RR-XT-2 (67" x 14" x 10") will work fine with your C4. Both ramps are eligible for a $20 cash back factory rebate through 31-Mar-2016.

Not a very friendly site! It would be nice to see the price before having to pay!

I bought the 67 inch 2 pc ramps 4 years ago from Fred. They are great, use them all the time. Store easily by stacking them on my top shelf in work shop.

The 10 inch height is great for all routine and repair work.

Can't go wrong!

I tried the two links to the Reverse Logic online store in post #8. Ramp prices display on both links. My guess is that there is some issue with the particular browser version and the shopping cart software. Please try another browser besides Internet Explorer.

Its the ecwid shopping cart they are using. Has javascript issues that ie tosses. Works with firefox and other browsers.

I get a good bit of customers from there when they move up to needing a large online store.
