front fender emblems?
I am wondering if there are any side fender emblems available other than the collectors edition and the 40th anniv emblems. Reason I ask is my 86 had the conversion to later body panels done on it yrs ago and it has all collectors edition emblems. I really like the looks of the emblem on the side of the fender adn I really dont want it to say collectors when it is not. So I am stuck, either take them off and fill in the holes or find different ones. Anyone have any suggestions?

Imo I would leave it alone . You can check for emblems by looking thru the Ecklers catalog, mid America or equivalent. Your emblem could be self adhesive but you would have to confirm this
Good luck

You may find something on e-bay or from one of the Corvette parts suppler. All the GM ones I know of denoted a specialty edition.

emblems
I have looked through catalogs galore lol. Noone has anything remotely same. If the side emblems just didnt say collectors I would keep them. I will def confirm if they are stick on tuesday when I go to help disassemble the car. I am pretty sure they have studs on them tho. think I will talk to him about maybe just airbrush over the part that says collecors and put a bowtie instead like the 40th aniv emblems have. May do nothing lol. We will see.

emblem
Well, I have decided to just use the 40th aniv emblems on front and rear because i like the chrome and I am going to buy 77-79 crossed flag emblems for the fenders I think they will look good to me. Definitely not doing concourse resto, doing what I like.

This might look cool if you don't mind some people being offended at not keeping it stock:

I had a set of "Z51" badges made for mine that very very lightly mocked a C6 Z06 style emblem. I wanted a factory looking emblem, I hate those cheap looking autozone emblems.... Emblempros is amazing, they can basically do whatever you want. I make up what I want on photoshop and they make it.
Plus the C4 looks good with fender emblems, it looks too empty without something there I think.

These Z51 emblems were hand painted by a gentlemen named Bruce "The Brush" Bansen from Torrance, CA back in the late 90's. If I ever have to paint the car it is going to kill me to see these go.

When I had my Vette over in England for a few years, the small cars called "Hot Hatches" were always showing off with their "1.8" or "2.4" liter emblems. I saw where one of the Corvette catalogs had a choice of different emblems to say what the suspension and size engine in liters was. They came in different stock colors. Picked up one for the rear right side.
