Are you seeing it leak or just finding it on the floor? Might just be clogged drain tubes there are three of them. Or a bad seal under the hood.

plus the likely culprit, the one big one that comes out of the bottom of the A/C plenum, accessible from the engine compartment, passenger side

Found inches in floor after big rain (no garage).
Rinsed to look for leaks...seems to run near side window defrost vents. No leaks prior to install of new rubber....also now has lots of wind noise in upper corner by windshield on both corners.

Sound like you found it might have to ajust your window.

Hi

What brand is the weatherstriping?

Wilcox weatherstrips are highly recommended, stay away from the cheap stuff that does not fit or is so hard you cannot close the doors without slamming them.
Installing weatherstrips is a fine art, search for weatherstripping 101 online for tips. If adhesive is used you need to trail fit before using the adhesive, I would bring it back and get the installer to redo it.

The A pillar weatherstrip has a drain hole, the targa sides are pushed onto the A pillar weatherstrip to seal.

They do say the vette gets them wet ....

Good luck
