Shes gone...
Started here when we bought Rose in 2003. Lots of fun and even more money spent in the past 13 years.
So today she's at the port awaiting a container for delivery to Dublin Ireland and her new owner.
Many thanks to all the C4 CF'ers that have contributed to make this one great car.
Who knows, I might just find another C4 project car for running LSR competition.
How did you get hooked up with a buyer from Ireland? I wonder how many of these are going over seas used? I am surprised how many vettes are in large clubs all over Europe, Asia ,Australia etc.

When I went to Bremerhaven to take my 85 to it's new home I saw at least other 10 corvettes in the warehouse ... A couple of C2's totally restored / 3 C3's (one was a manual '71 BB 454) + at least 5 C5's.

My Euro-Spec '93 Convertible was sold new to Japan (they drive on the left too). The 2nd owner imported it to Wales. When he died, I bought it from his son, and drove it home to Devon, England. I believe there are about 200 C4s in the UK (I may be wrong!!) I've only seen one other in the 3 years I've had her, but I don't get to club meetings, as they're too far from me. It gets a lot of attention over here!
p.s. Note the UK mirrors and rear indicators. Also rear fog light to pass annual inspection. I've also changed to C5 wheels, and upgraded to Halogen headlights. The original sealed-beams dipped left as we need them, but were pathetic!!
I've now replaced the missing body trim. Tricky to find over here.....
